Implementing regulations of the human organ donation system

 

Introduction:

 

The executive regulations for the human organ donation system have been prepared based on Royal Decree No. (M/70).

 

On the date of 8/19/1442 AH, according to Cabinet Resolution No. (468) dated 8/17/1442 AH, the judge:

 

By approving the human organ donation system.

 

And based on what was stated in the twenty-sixth article of the system

     “The center prepares the regulations, and they are issued by a decision of the president, within (ninety) days from the date of publishing the system in the Official Gazette, and it shall come into force from the date of its implementation.”
